Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wtrayhome.online. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders can generally only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, after receiving your order, you may be eligible to return the item(s) in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Made-to-Order or Personalised Items
Where applicable, cancellations for made-to-order or personalised items may not be accepted once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds on Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account.
